What is eWay?
eWay is an online store that mainly focuses on spare parts for electric scooters, and in its selection you can find spare parts for the most popular brands of electric scooters at the moment. (Xiaomi, E-Way, Ninebot). Our selection is constantly expanding, so feel free to contact us if the spare part you are looking for cannot be found in our online store.
Are the products eligible for exchange/return?
The products have a 14-day exchange and return right, if the product is in its original condition. We are responsible for the costs of returning the product if there was a mistake in the product or if there was incorrect information on the product's suitability on our website.
We comply with the right to cancel the product defined in the legislation. You can read more about the right of cancellation on the website of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
How do I return the product?
Contact us at myynti@eway.fi or via our website if you found an error in our product and want to return it. Pack the product primarily in the same packaging in which it was sent to you. If eWay pays the return costs, we will send you a return label, which should be attached to the package. Returns paid by the customer can be sent to:

How long does it take to deliver the products?
Typically, spare parts are delivered to our customers in 1-3 days. Saints can affect delivery times.

E-Way vs. eWay?
Many confuse our online store with the E-Way electric scooter brand. However, we are a completely different company from E-Way, which is Wilfa's brand focused on electric scooters. However, you can find the most popular spare parts for almost all E-Way electric scooters from us.
